“Platform” refers to the Connexia website, mobile applications, APIs, systems, infrastructure, and software.
“Services” refers to all features, products, tools, workflows, automation systems, compliance monitoring, AI-powered functions, subscription services, and support provided by Connexia.
“User Content” refers to any data, files, documents, information, text, images, compliance records, or materials uploaded, submitted, stored, or transmitted through the platform.
“AI Features” refers to artificial intelligence, automation, machine learning, recommendation systems, summaries, generated outputs, and AI-assisted workflows.
3.Eligibility
You may use the Services only if:
- You are at least 18 years old;

- AI tools do not constitute legal, tax, accounting, financial, regulatory, immigration, or professional advisory services;
- Users are solely responsible for reviewing, verifying, and validating all AI-generated outputs before relying on them;
- Connexia is not liable for business decisions, losses, penalties, or damages arising from reliance on AI-generated content.
Users should seek qualified professional advice before making legal, regulatory, financial, or operational decisions.
7.User Responsibilities
You agree that you will:
- Use the platform lawfully and responsibly;
- Maintain accurate account information;
- Ensure uploaded content does not violate laws or third-party rights;
- Maintain backup copies of important business records;
- Comply with all applicable business, tax, immigration, employment, and regulatory obligations.
You remain solely responsible for:
- Business compliance obligations;
- Regulatory deadlines;
- Tax filings;

- Accuracy of uploaded information;
- Internal company decisions.
Connexia does not guarantee regulatory compliance or government approval outcomes.
8.Acceptable Use Policy
Users must not:
- Violate laws or regulations;
- Upload unlawful, fraudulent, harmful, or misleading content;
- Attempt unauthorized access to systems or data;
- Interfere with platform security or infrastructure;
- Reverse engineer the platform;
- Use bots, scrapers, or automated extraction systems;
- Upload malware, viruses, or malicious code;
- Abuse referral systems or promotional programs;
- Use the Services for illegal financial activity;
- Infringe intellectual property rights;
- Use the platform to distribute spam or unauthorized advertising.
Connexia reserves the right to investigate and take action against violations.
9.User Content
Users retain ownership of their uploaded content.
By uploading or storing content through Connexia, you grant Connexia a limited, non-exclusive, worldwide license to:
- Host, Process, Store, Display, Backup, Transmit, Analyze, and manage such content solely for the purpose of operating and improving the Services.
You represent that:
- You own or have legal rights to the uploaded content;
- The content does not violate laws or third-party rights.
Connexia does not claim ownership of your business documents or records.
10.Data Storage & Security
Connexia implements commercially reasonable security measures including:

- Security monitoring.
However, no electronic system can guarantee complete security.
Users acknowledge that:
- Internet transmissions carry inherent risks;
- Users are responsible for maintaining secure devices and passwords;
- Connexia cannot guarantee uninterrupted or fully secure Services.
11.Third-Party Services
Connexia may integrate or utilize third-party services including:
- Cloud hosting providers
- Payment processors
- AI infrastructure providers

- Notification systems
- Communication platforms
Examples may include: Firebase, AWS, Stripe, OpenAI APIs, Google Analytics, OneSignal.
Connexia is not responsible for third-party services, outages, policies, or performance.

12.Subscriptions, Billing & Payments
Certain Services may require paid subscriptions.
By subscribing, you agree:
- To pay all applicable fees;

Failure to pay may result in service suspension, restricted access, or account termination.
Taxes, government fees, and bank charges remain the responsibility of the user unless stated otherwise.
13.Refunds & Cancellations

Connexia may review refund requests at its sole discretion.

- Uninterrupted access;
- Compatibility with all devices or systems.
Scheduled maintenance, updates, technical failures, cyber incidents, or external disruptions may affect availability.
Connexia is not liable for downtime, delays, or data loss.
15.Intellectual Property
All rights, title, and interest in the platform remain the exclusive property of Connexia and/or its licensors.
This includes: software, source code, branding, logos, trademarks, AI systems, designs, user interfaces, workflows, documentation, databases.
Users may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, license, reverse engineer, or exploit platform components without written permission.
16.Confidentiality
Connexia will use commercially reasonable efforts to maintain confidentiality of user business information.
Users acknowledge that electronic systems cannot guarantee absolute confidentiality and should avoid storing unlawful or prohibited materials on the platform.
Both parties agree not to disclose confidential information except as required by law.
17.Disclaimers
THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, CONNEXIA DISCLAIMS implied warranties, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, accuracy, reliability, security, availability.
Connexia does not guarantee regulatory approvals, government acceptance, legal compliance outcomes, tax compliance, business continuity, AI accuracy, or deadline fulfillment.
Users remain solely responsible for business and regulatory obligations.
18.Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, CONNEXIA SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR indirect damages, incidental damages, consequential damages, loss of profits, business interruption, data loss, regulatory penalties, missed deadlines, government actions, or loss of business opportunities.
Connexia's total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the user to Connexia during the preceding three (3) months.
Some jurisdictions may not allow certain liability limitations. In such cases, limitations apply to the maximum extent permitted by law.
19.Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Connexia, its affiliates, officers, employees, contractors, and partners from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, penalties, or expenses arising from:
- Your use of the Services;
- Violation of these Terms;
- Uploaded content;
- Regulatory non-compliance;
- Violation of laws or third-party rights.
20.Termination & Suspension
Connexia reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate accounts without notice if:

- Security risks arise;
- Payments remain unpaid;
- Platform abuse occurs.
Users may stop using the Services at any time.
Certain obligations survive termination, including payment obligations, intellectual property protections, liability limitations, and indemnification obligations.
21.Force Majeure
Connexia shall not be liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond reasonable control, including natural disasters, government actions, internet outages, cyberattacks, infrastructure failures, war, labor disputes, or pandemic events.
22.Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates.
Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai, United Arab Emirates.
23.Changes to These Terms
Connexia may modify these Terms at any time.
Updated versions may be published through website notices, platform notifications, mobile application updates, or email communications.
Continued use of the Services after updates constitutes acceptance of revised Terms.
