Content Policy

This Content Policy (“Policy”) governs the use of the Connexia platform, applications, services, and infrastructure operated by GrowMore Overseaas Group FZC (“Connexia”, “we”, “us”, or “our”).

This Policy applies to all users, organizations, administrators, employees, contractors, and any individuals accessing or using Connexia services.

By using Connexia, you agree to comply with this Content Policy in addition to our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.

1.Purpose of This Policy

Connexia is a business continuity, compliance management, and AI-powered workflow platform intended for lawful professional and business use.

This Policy establishes:

• acceptable content standards;
• prohibited content categories;
• AI usage responsibilities;
• enforcement rights;
• platform safety measures;
• compliance expectations.

The purpose of this Policy is to protect users, maintain platform integrity, prevent abuse, comply with laws and regulations, reduce security risks, and support safe business operations.

2.User Responsibility

Users are solely responsible for:

• all content uploaded, stored, transmitted, generated, or shared through Connexia;
• ensuring content complies with applicable laws and regulations;
• maintaining rights and permissions for uploaded materials;
• verifying accuracy of uploaded or AI-generated information.

Connexia does not actively monitor all content but reserves the right to review, investigate, remove, restrict, or report content where necessary.

3.Permitted Use

Connexia may be used for lawful business and professional purposes including:

• compliance management;
• document storage;
• workflow management;
• operational coordination;
• task management;
• invoicing;
• business communication;
• AI-assisted automation;
• internal company processes.

Users must use the platform responsibly and in compliance with all applicable laws.

4.Prohibited Content

Users must not upload, transmit, generate, store, distribute, or share content that violates the following categories:

4.1 Illegal Content

Includes or promotes fraud, money laundering, forged documents, illegal business activity, tax evasion, identity theft, corruption, unlawful financial activity, sanctions violations, illegal immigration activity, or violations of applicable laws.

4.2 Fraudulent or Misleading Information

Users must not impersonate individuals or organizations, submit fake compliance records, upload forged business documents, provide misleading regulatory information, manipulate invoices or official records, or falsify identity or corporate information.

4.3 Harmful or Malicious Content

Users must not upload or distribute malware, ransomware, spyware, viruses, trojans, malicious scripts, phishing materials, exploit tools, cyberattack software, unauthorized access tools, or harmful executable files.

Attempts to compromise platform security are strictly prohibited.

4.4 Intellectual Property Violations

Users must not upload or distribute content that infringes copyrights, violates trademarks, misuses patents, violates trade secrets, breaches confidentiality agreements, or infringes third-party intellectual property rights.

Users are responsible for obtaining all required permissions and licenses.

4.5 Offensive, Harmful, or Abusive Content

Users must not upload or distribute content involving harassment, hate speech, discrimination, threats, intimidation, violent extremism, abusive conduct, defamatory statements, bullying, or unlawful targeting of individuals or groups.

4.6 Adult or Explicit Content

Users must not upload pornography, sexually explicit materials, exploitative content, non-consensual intimate content, or unlawful adult material.

4.7 Spam & Unauthorized Promotions

Users must not distribute spam, send unsolicited marketing, abuse referral systems, manipulate platform incentives, distribute scam communications, conduct phishing activities, or misuse notifications or messaging systems.

4.8 Unauthorized Data Collection

Users must not scrape platform data, harvest user information, use automated extraction systems, collect personal data unlawfully, or monitor other users without authorization.

4.9 Security Violations

Users must not attempt unauthorized access, bypass authentication systems, exploit vulnerabilities, interfere with infrastructure, overload servers, disrupt platform operations, or conduct penetration testing without written authorization.

5.AI-Generated Content & Automation

Connexia may provide AI-powered features and automation systems.

Users acknowledge and agree that:

• AI-generated outputs may contain inaccuracies or incomplete information;
• AI outputs should be independently reviewed before use;
• AI systems do not replace professional legal, tax, accounting, regulatory, or business advice;
• users remain fully responsible for all decisions based on AI-generated outputs.

Users must not use AI features to:

• generate unlawful content;
• impersonate individuals;
• create deceptive materials;
• distribute misinformation;
• automate fraudulent activities;
• violate laws or regulations.

Connexia reserves the right to restrict or disable AI functionality where misuse is detected.

6.Business Documents & Compliance Records

Users are solely responsible for:

• accuracy of uploaded compliance records;
• validity of trade licenses and government documents;
• authenticity of uploaded files;
• regulatory compliance obligations;
• retention of backup copies.

Connexia does not guarantee government approvals, legal compliance outcomes, filing acceptance, regulatory success, or document validity.

7.Data Storage & Cloud Content

Users acknowledge that uploaded data may be processed through secure cloud infrastructure, electronic storage carries inherent risks, and no platform can guarantee absolute security or uninterrupted availability.

Users should avoid uploading unlawful materials, prohibited confidential government data, or highly sensitive information not required for platform use.

8.Third-Party Services

Connexia may utilize third-party infrastructure or integrations including cloud hosting providers, analytics systems, payment gateways, AI providers, communication tools, and notification systems.

Third-party services may have separate terms and policies.

Connexia is not responsible for third-party outages, external platform failures, provider actions, or third-party policy violations.

9.Content Moderation & Enforcement

Connexia reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to review content, investigate suspected violations, remove prohibited content, suspend or terminate accounts, restrict access, disable features, report unlawful conduct to authorities, and cooperate with legal investigations.

Enforcement actions may occur without prior notice where necessary for security, legal compliance, fraud prevention, platform integrity, or user protection.

Users may report violations, abuse, or suspicious activity by contacting support@connexia.ae.

Connexia may investigate reports and take appropriate action where necessary.

11.Disclaimers

Connexia does not pre-screen all uploaded or generated content.

We do not guarantee legality, accuracy, reliability, authenticity, completeness, or suitability of user-generated content.

Users access and rely on content at their own risk.

12.Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Connexia shall not be liable for user-generated content, AI-generated outputs, uploaded documents, regulatory penalties, data inaccuracies, business losses, reputational damage, or misuse of the platform by users.

Users remain solely responsible for their content and activities.

13.Policy Violations

Violation of this Policy may result in warnings, content removal, account suspension, permanent account termination, legal action, or reporting to authorities.

Connexia reserves full discretion regarding enforcement actions.

14.Changes to This Policy

Connexia may update this Content Policy periodically to reflect legal changes, regulatory requirements, operational updates, security practices, and technological developments.

Updated versions may be published through website notices, platform notifications, mobile application updates, or email communications.

Continued use of the Services constitutes acceptance of updated policies.
